Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if eligibility conditions are met.
Growksy provides subscription-based software services. Access to platform features is granted immediately after successful payment and account activation.
All monthly subscription fees are non-refundable.
