    Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if eligibility conditions are met.

    1. Subscription Services

    Growksy provides subscription-based software services. Access to platform features is granted immediately after successful payment and account activation.

    2. Monthly Subscription Plans

    All monthly subscription fees are non-refundable.

    3. Annual Subscription Plans

    Annual subscriptions may qualify for a refund if:

    4. Free Trials & Promotional Offers

    Users are encouraged to evaluate Growksy during any available free trial or promotional period before purchasing a subscription.

    5. Automatic Renewals

    Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. It is the user's responsibility to manage subscriptions and renewals.
